1. Agreement to Terms

The Dorne Region operates as a health insurance industry recruiting and job placement platform, connecting candidates with opportunities in health insurance sales, underwriting, brokerage, and related fields.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit a recruiting application, as this is a professional employment platform. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your stated location.
3. Recruiting Services & Candidate Responsibilities
a. Nature of Services
The Dorne Region provides job opportunity listings, recruiting resources, and a candidate application form to connect prospective candidates with health insurance industry employers and agencies. We do not guarantee placement, employment, or a specific outcome from the recruiting process.
b. Accuracy of Application Information
By submitting a recruiting form, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide (including name, contact details, work history, licensing status, and qualifications) is truthful, accurate, and complete
- You hold any licenses, certifications, or credentials you claim to hold
- You are legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction(s) you specify
- You will promptly notify us of any changes to your submitted information
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate disqualification and may be reported to relevant licensing authorities.
c. No Employment Guarantee
The Dorne Region is a recruiting intermediary and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment offers. Nothing in these Terms or on the Site creates an employer-employee relationship between you and The Dorne Region.
d. Consent to Candidate Outreach
By submitting a recruiting form or inquiry on our Site, you expressly consent to being contacted by The Dorne Region and/or its recruiting team via:
- Phone call
- SMS/text message (if a mobile number is provided)
- Automated messaging through our CRM platform (GoHighLevel)
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional and application-status communications may still be sent as necessary.
4. GoHighLevel CRM Integration
Our Site uses GoHighLevel to power recruiting forms, automate follow-up communications, and manage candidate pipelines. By submitting any form on our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your submitted information will be stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform
- GoHighLevel may send automated emails and/or SMS messages on behalf of The Dorne Region
- GoHighLevel’s use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy and our data processing agreement with them
We are responsible for ensuring GoHighLevel processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Permitted Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, fabricated, or misleading application information
- Use the Site to harvest contacts or scrape candidate information
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the recruiting process
- Impersonate another candidate, recruiter, or employer
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Use automated bots or scripts to access or submit forms on the Site
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, including those governing insurance licensing and employment
6. Intellectual Property
a. Our Content
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, job listings, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to The Dorne Region and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
b. Candidate-Submitted Content
By submitting application materials (resume, work history, cover letter, etc.), you grant The Dorne Region a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and share that content for recruiting and placement purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Links & Platforms
The Site may contain links to job boards, insurance industry resources, or third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel-hosted pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE DORNE REGION MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
- That any job listing, recruiting opportunity, or placement outcome will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DORNE REGION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

- Conduct or content of any third-party employer, agency, or platform
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dorne Region, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any false or fraudulent information you submitted
- Your violation of any applicable insurance licensing or employment law
- Your unauthorized use of the Site
11. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site and submitting forms, you acknowledge our use of GoHighLevel as a CRM and data processor, and consent to the data practices described therein.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to others, or for any other legitimate reason at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
14. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
